Tai Chi & Qigong are practices that help to develop focussed, active relaxation. Aches & Pains. Helps mobilise and strengthen, gently leading to more natural posture.
Wellness & Health
Meditation. Co-ordinate mind, body, breathing, promoting calm and balance. Stronger leg muscles will improve rooting & stability.
Beauty of movements, slow, gentle almost effortless – once basic moves are mastered you will enjoy the joy of harmonious movement.
Dominic Rushmore has studied oriental martial arts and health systems for more than 40 years, in the UK and China and teaches Tai Chi and Qigong in a variety of settings across Northamptonshire.
The emphasis of his teaching is around the health promotion aspects of Tai Chi and Qigong, guided by the principles of Yangsheng, the Chinese approach to nurturing health and wellbeing.
On March 9th there is a FREE Taster Session which will be followed by a 4 week consolidation programme March 16th, 23rd, 30th and April 6th. Total cost of the 4 sessions £25.00
