Join Sophie for a ‘head to toe’ ‘stretch and strengthen’ pilates session…
Sophie is STOTT Pilates trained and includes a variety of stretches to help ease your aches and back pains. The pilates exercises will build your core strength, as well as legs, gluteal muscles and shoulders. Over the weeks you should find your flexibility improves as well as your balance, posture and strength.
Sophie advocates that we all deserve one hour a week to maintain our bodies and prevent certain conditions occurring like sciatica, plantar fasciitis and carpal tunnel. She finishes each session with a 3 minute relaxation experience.
All are welcome as Sophie starts off each exercise at the basic level and then adds 2 more levels for those able to work at intermediate or advanced level.
Please bring a mat to work out on, a drink for rehydration, a resistance band if you have one (not to worry if you don’t as Sophie will lend out bands and balls).
It’s a pay as you attend session, £9.50 for the one hour.
