Sophie O’Brien has been teaching Stott Pilates to a range of clients locally, including gym membership and NHS staff as well as her own private clients over the last 6 years. She teaches for 48 weeks per year.
Sophie’s aim through her classes is to help improve/restore the natural curves of the spine, improve core strength and overall flexibility (top to toe). This will give a better posture that helps you to move more easily while melting away aches and pains.
