An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
If you want to increase your energy, stretch and strengthen your body, gain relief from aches and pains, relax and calm your busy mind, sleep better and improve your overall sense of wellbeing, then Yoga and Mindfulness might help you.
Now in our sixth year, our friendly Mindful Yoga Group meets every Friday morning at 9.30am. Our style of yoga is accessible for everyone. We celebrate what our bodies can do and don’t worry what we can’t. Beginners are very welcome. The class is led by Caron Lindley of Red Hat Yoga.
